Selling Hallmark Ornaments
I love Hallmark ornaments! Buy them, collect them, and sell them. I might love an ornament but when the Hallmark ornament value goes over $40, quite frankly I want the money more than the ornament.
What Hallmark Ornaments should you buy for resale on Ebay? When looking for value, the #1 in the series is usually the most valuable. This is true about 90% of the time. So when you find a hallmark ornament, look to see if it is part of a series. I find that the other numbers in the series can do quite well also but it really depends on the series. In addition, Hallmark series ornaments that were once extremely popular like Here Comes Santa and Frosty Friends are not seeing the high prices that they sold for 10 years ago.
Personally, I try to research almost every Hallmark ornament that I find. Skip over the teacher, daughter, son, new home, etc type of ornaments. Those usually do not have a great resell value.
